Prayer of the Day:
Lord, today I want to use wisdom as I speak about my emotions. Help me to talk about my positive feelings so they will grow, and to keep quiet about my negative feelings as I trust You to help me with them.
Heavenly Father, thank you for this Thursday. Help me to slow down today and to be still in Your wonderful presence. Teach me to rest in You and trust that You will guide me throughout the day.

Lord, I praise and bless you for this morning as I confidently embrace your mercy. I bow before you to humbly call upon your presence in this day that begins. I ask that you never leave my side and keep me strong in moments of weakness.
God of my life, thank you for this beautiful dawn in which you bless me with your wonderful presence. Thank you for helping me feel your fatherly love amidst the works of your creation, through which I can discern your absolute perfection and immense power.
My Lord, I surrender all that I am to you. I thank you for all that I will experience today. I know that no matter what happens, it will not harm me but will bring me life and life in abundance. Blessed Lord, give me great strength to keep moving forward despite the difficulties.
Lord, I trust in you, and as I start this day, I want to be joyful with the peace and certainty that you never fail me. Thank you, Father, for your unconditional love, for holding and sustaining me with your gentle hands. Thank you for those open arms, because I know that every time I seek you, I discover that you were always there.
Take control of this day, guide each action to be lived with faith. Give me meekness to not judge myself easily but to act with calmness and thus fulfill my purposes. Give me mental clarity to make the best decisions in every situation. Give me courage to not be overcome by fear.
Take my deepest fears and protect me from my enemies, but above all, help me to love them to make the world a better place. Lord, I know I need to completely surrender to you to feel your mercy, as it is the only way for my life to be a testimony of the great love you give me every day.
I thirst for you and for your peace. I thirst to be by your side and to be filled with you. I desire to feel your love and embrace you. Thank you for the perfection you pour into all your creation. Like an artist, you take the canvas and turn it into a beautiful work of art.
My entire life is in your hands; you are the best thing that can happen to me. I know you always do everything for the good of my soul and my being. Thank you because I know you will open the paths that are right for me and you are attentive to ensure everything goes well for me.
I place this day in your hands, seeking nothing more than to feel your love and to strive for the happiness that only you can give. Thank you because I know you love me, and I know you want the best for me on this new day. Beloved Father, your love for me is infinite. You love me so much that you are capable of healing my body, forgiving my sins, and giving me a new day.
Amen. Today, I will read a biography of a saint, seeking inspiration and guidance from their example of a life dedicated to God. “The one who trusts in the Lord will be surrounded by mercy. Rejoice in the Lord and be glad, you righteous; sing, all you who are upright in heart.” Psalm 31.
