Now listen, all week long, we’ve been just diving into the grace life, and that’s what this is all about.
It’s learning how to live the grace life. Now we’ve learned how to live life under religion.
We’ve learned how to live life under the law, but to learn and to discover the grace life, this new and living way that has been given to us by the blood of Jesus, to learn how to live a life where we’re free from condemnation and shame and guilt, and that we can receive what Jesus has done, and at the end of the day, be able to declare that Jesus is enough, that he’s enough for my righteousness, he’s enough for my redemption, he’s enough for my my holiness.
It’s awesome, but we’ve gotta renew our mind from the old into this new and living way that has been given to us by the blood of Jesus, this new testament, this new covenant, and to understand that what was true under the old covenant may not be true under the new covenant.
And to see what’s true under that old covenant and what is true under the new covenant as a result of Jesus, his death, his burial, his resurrection, his shedding of his blood.
It’s awesome living the grace life, ladies and gentlemen, and I pray that today will bless you and really get you stirred up about wanting to know how to live the grace life, a life where God’s love is not restricted, that His love is greater than your crazy.

Hey. Welcome back.
Now I want you to get your pen and pads out. I want you to get yourself set.
I’m gonna take you into what we need to be doing in order to live the best life.
The teaching today is gonna inspire you and hopefully cause you to want to know more and more about this this wonderful, magnificent grace, this gift of grace that Jesus has presented to us for free.
Glory to God. A gift of grace nobody in existence could have delivered unto us this amazing gift of grace.
Prepare yourselves. Listen with a ear of expectation, and I’ll see you right after the teaching.
God’s intention is to blow your mind with the wealth of his grace so he can use you for an example in the ages to come.
That’s scripture. He’s gonna be bragging on us to somebody in the ages in the future about how awesome his grace was to a whole group of people who didn’t deserve it, and look how good I have been to them.
And now one of them deserve to be
here. Right. But my grace
So not only does he provide for you in spite of your behavior, he trains you out of your bad behavior.
Grace teaches us not to deny, uh, uh, God and and teaches us to live holy and righteous.
So grace is not teaching you sin, but grace is saying if you miss the mark, it won’t stop what what I promised to give you through grace.
At the same time, if I’ll continue to show my goodness through grace, it’s going to motivate you to change your mind about your bad behavior.
God knows better than us. God’s not sitting there saying, I’m a get you. I’m a get you.
I’m a get you. You you going to hell now. I’m getting you. I’m getting you.
You’ve been here by 12 o’clock. That’s not God. That’s religion.
That’s religion thinking that they can threaten and put fear on people, and then that’ll make them start living right.
That’s what the law did. That’s what the Mosaic Law did.
Grace wouldn’t be grace if you had to do something to deserve it.
Grace couldn’t be grace if you had to achieve a certain status to get it.
Grace would not be grace if you had to earn it.
Grace is only grace if it’s a gift that you received in spite of yourself.
The only qualifications of receiving this grace is getting born again and believing him.
And that’s what happens to religion.
It has trained us in the gospel of performance.
Like, we got to do something in order to enable god to do something out of his grace.
It wouldn’t be out of his grace if you’re still trying to do something to get him to do something.
Uh-uh. No.
When I asked the lord to do this, most of
the time, we’re asking and thanking god for stuff concerning us instead of thanking god for what Jesus has already made available to us.
When’s the last time you thanked him that you’re righteous? When’s the
last time you praised him because you redeemed?
When’s the last time you praised him that you stand before him blameless? That was a big job Jesus did.
He shed his blood, got mugged, got beat up, got stripped, got whipped with a cat of 9 tails.
And if that wasn’t enough, went to hell.
The hell we were supposed to go through went there for 3 days, 3 nights, and then got up with all power in his hands and said, alright.
I’ve already done the work. So out of my love and grace, receive it, and you turn around and try to redo the work again.
Why won’t you go to hell then?
He went, if you’re gonna redo the work if you’re gonna if you’re gonna really do do the work, redo the work, go to hell like he went to hell.
Y’all ain’t ready to go to hell somewhere. I’m already in hell.
You ain’t you ain’t never known the hell that you that that that yeah. He’s she.
2nd Timothy chapter 21.
The NLT says, Timothy, my dear son, be strong.
Timothy, be strong through the grace that god gives you in Christ Jesus.
Be strong through the grace that God gives you. So strength comes through grace.
Through grace, a believer becomes strong.
Now as I was reading the scripture, you you read on down and you look at verse 3 about being a good soldier and you, you know, you you strive to to be crowned, I
I I had to pause and I said, okay, God, I I see all
the things that come through grace. I see all the things that are made available through grace.
And I’m I I appreciate that, Lord.
I said, but how do I explain
to people how to position themselves
to
be on the receiving end of all the stuff that comes through grace? Alright.
So look at Romans chapter 4 verse 16.
He says, therefore, it is a faith that it might be by grace.
Underline that. It is a faith that it might be by grace.
Now let me ask you something. What what did you what that first line, what what does that mean?
What did you just say? Talk to me.
I can hear I can hear a 1,000 people at one time. Talk to me.
I didn’t say I didn’t say repeat it. What what what did it mean?
Now y’all getting religious just shouting anything out. Right? Alright. Let’s look at it.
He says, it’s a faith that it might be. So I’m trying to figure
out how do I get
strength to be. What what about faith?
What what y’all heard? I heard it. What?
What? Faith is the doorway for
that strength to come through.
So it comes out of grace. It’s available.
But to
get it to come through the doorway of my life, it’s gotta be by faith. Right?
So faith is the doorway that allows the strength that comes out of grace to come into my life.
Everybody agree with that. I’ll take that.
Therefore, it is a faith that it might be by grace. Now check this out.
And I love you brings Abraham in.
He said to the end, the promise might be sure to the seed, not to that only which is of the law, but to that also, which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all.
Come on. The faith of Abraham, he says that it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations.
You know the whole deal about Abraham. Call us those things that be not as though they were.
All right. So here’s the awesome thing.
In the same verse, a couple of scriptures here, he’s talking about everything that’s been made available by grace.
You can only take possession of it by faith.
Are you the righteousness of God?
When did you become the righteousness of God? The day you believed.
And by faith, you received the righteousness on your life.
So what happens when you wake up one day and you don’t feel righteous and you open your mouth and say, I don’t feel righteous?
I’m we’re not we you didn’t you didn’t you did not become righteous because how you felt.
You came. You became righteous because of your faith.
You believe God and you are made righteous.
Abraham Abraham believed God, and he was made righteous in Genesis 15. That’s awesome.
Abraham becomes this picture of you can’t get what grace has made available except by faith.
I’m now seeing oh my god. I know what this faith is for.
This faith is not for my performance. Uh, this faith is for Jesus’ performance.
See, we’ve been putting faith in what we do and not putting faith in what he has done.
And so you talk about, well, I got faith that if I do this, if I go outside without my glasses on, I got faith that God gonna let me be able to see enough to get home right.
Are you gonna you’re gonna mess up.
He didn’t tell you to have faith in that.
This faith is designed to get what Grace has made available.
Grace has made everything in life available. Your faith is faith in the grace of God.
Your faith is your your faith is faith in the gracious God. Good.
Okay. Let me let me let me let me go a little bit farther on this one.
So I’m strong. That’s something that has already been identified.
Go to Hebrews 13:9. I’m strong. Grace has made me strong. Grace has redeemed me.
Grace has made me righteous.
But do I have any faith in it? Do I have any faith in
the provisions of grace? Do I have any do I have faith in the provisions that’s come out of grace?
Hebrews 13:9. Be not carried about with diapers and strange doctrines, for it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace.
It’s a good thing for your heart to be firm, rooted, solid with grace.
That’s a strong statement. He says it’s good for your heart to be established and with grace.
Not with meats which have, uh, not profited. In other words, there are rules about meats.
And he says, your heart shouldn’t be established by by by all of those things.
Your heart needs to be established with grace.
Years ago, I taught on the established heart.
I lacked emphasis on establishing your heart on what? The word.
Well, what part of the word? Whole bible? No. The word of grace.
And here’s what he says. It’s good that your heart be established with grace.
A heart that’s established with grace. Now that’s a process.
Getting your heart established, getting it firm and confident and solid, where it’s there.
You’re convinced my heart is established with grace.
If your heart’s not established in grace, here’s the second thing you’re gonna see.
You’re gonna have a fearful heart. Look at this advantage.
When I think about establishing my heart and grace, here’s what that looks like.
I’m gonna make confessions concerning it, what I have by the grace of god.
I’m gonna have some scriptures to meditate on, what I have by the grace of god.
I’m gonna I’m gonna cause myself to respond, uh, with the grace of God.
And what happens over a period of time? What am I doing? The process is establishing my heart.
I’m getting my heart established in this.
And so when crazy stuff goes on, out of my heart flows what grace has made available.
Now there’s no magic act, so there’s nothing magical.
The holy the holy ghost is not gonna just pour
on you an established heart.
You know, the holy ghost. Oh, oh, God,
give me an established heart. No. No. No. I I appreciate you asking God
to give you an established heart. But here’s how he’s gonna give you an established heart. You take the word.
You take
the promises. You take everything you are. You think you take everything.
You’re learning about grace, and you get it in here. You you give it attention. You give it attention.
You you give attention to the word of grace. Your heart becomes established in that word.
And so it’s it’s a renewing of the mind and sense until you renew the spirit of your mind.
And so when things happen automatically, this is how you respond. Automatically, this is how you think.
Automatically, there’s courage instead of fear. Automatically, you sleeping.
Why? Because your heart is established in the peace that comes by grace and not the chaos that comes by the news media and all the crazy things that are happening in the world.
A believers now says I’m gonna strive
in my own power. Yeah. And I don’t I don’t need this Sabbath
in my heart and great.
I’m a I’m gonna do this on my own.
Lots of people in the world who who have they they they think they they they they they’re a little high strung.
They think they’re more than what they really are. And they think through my own power.
And and and people preach that.
They preach self help, and and you can do this, and it encourages you.
And I’m telling you, I don’t care who you are, you’re going to need Jesus one day.
Work real hard with your own effort. Get the biggest house you can.
Get all the money you can. Get all your nice cars you can. Get get married.
Get you a trophy wife or a trophy husband. Do all of that stuff. Do it all.
And one day you’re gonna wake up like, you know what? I ain’t happy.
Because that stuff doesn’t it’s it’s it it it doesn’t bring it doesn’t bring the joy that comes from God.
It brings a temporary satisfaction, and and then you you you you put happiness around it, and then you pretend like you’re happy.
But you need Jesus. You you you need Jesus.
See, mammon and money can can can buy you a a a house, but only God can make it a home.
Uh, mammon and money can can can buy you medicine, but only Jesus can heal you.
You’re never satisfied.
You’re you’re you’re you’re in a cosmetic, uh, mentality where you’re just cosmetically thinking that if I can just change myself by myself, then I’m gonna be happy.
And you find out that you’re not. You find out that you’re not.
And until you find the real source of happening, which is that established heart of grace, the established heart of Jesus.
And now listen to me carefully here. This is so important.
So as you strive in your own
power, you’re being accompanied by your failures.
You’re being accompanied with the fears of possibly being lost.
Your heart’s not being established in grace.
So what does that cause when your heart’s not established in grace?
Stress, distress, uncertainty, fainting, giving up, caving in, quitting.
But when it’s seen that god’s work of grace cannot fail, when you see that, because of him, it won’t fail.
The heart does it finds rest at that particular point. It becomes established at that particular point.
And then you become rooted and grounded, watch this, in love. I get that now.
A rooted and grounded, the roots begin to grow out.
Go go to, um, Ephesians 317 in the New Living Translation.
Ephesians 317, then Christ will make his home in your hearts.
That’s the that’s the same thing as your heart being established with grace.
Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him.
Can you trust that out of grace, you’ll be strong? Can you trust that you’re righteous?
Can you trust that you’re redeemed? Can you can you trust all the
things that Jesus said you are?
He says Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him.
Christ will make his home in your heart. That’s the ultimate of Christianity.
Christ living in you, making his home in your heart.
It’s not finding out all the principles so you can get God to work for you.
Somewhat some somehow this has gotta become a personal relationship.
So now when I go home, you you begin to think I need to
get my heart established in in grace.
I need to I need to let Jesus make a home in my heart, and I need to start trusting him.
And then what he says, he says, if you’ll do that, your roots will grow down into god’s love.
Oh, oh,
oh, oh, oh, your roots will grow down into god’s love and keep you strong.
Praise god. July 11th through 13th, the reunion.
It’s grace life 2024. Now you you’re just not gonna understand what what we’ve been trying to say to you until you get here for yourself, until you until you show up on the campus and there’s celebration going on around the campus celebrating Grace Life, until your teen goes over to the teen ministry and they’re celebrating Grace Life, your children are celebrating Graceland.
And and you you you you walk out of the parking lot, and there there’s a band playing with drill team and and and and and it’s gonna be amazing.
It’s it’s it’s in celebration of this grace life that Jesus has given us.
When you walk into the world dome and experience the the music, the message, the anointing, the healing, the deliverance.
When leaders show up at a leaders conference, when men show up at at the men’s conference, on Saturday, when women gather together, this is indeed the reunion.
And like I said, you really won’t get it until you experiencing experiencing it for yourself.
I can tell you a steak is good.
I can tell you a restaurant is good, but until you go try it yourself, you won’t be able to echo, uh, the things that were said to you.
